It is incredibly annoying how something that can seem innocent and/or irrelevant, triggers a range of old emotions that soon come rushing back into my mind. Instant mood swing. I don’t know why I do this thing where I take whatever is bothering me, trick myself into thinking I’m over it, and knowingly letting it simmer somewhere until something that isn’t related to the problem...
